Emotional Intelligence has been the corner stone to my success. I started managing people at the ripe age of 16, nearly 2 decades later and Leader is the only adjective I strive for. Being able to find the intersection of data and people is the key to long term growth. Every relationship starts with a FREE consultation so we can gain an understanding of WHO you are and WHO your business is. Each company is a sum of its parts; quality insight is not possible without a solid understanding of WHO is involved. We will look to understand what your expectations are and if we feel confident we can be of assistance we will submit a Proposed Scope of Work and the rest is up for discussion.
